Our Conventional Distal Humeral Y-Plate is a high-performance anatomical trauma implant designed for the reliable internal fixation of complex supracondylar and T- or Y-shaped intercondylar fractures of the distal humerus. Featuring a dual-column branching geometry, this single plate layout provides simultaneous structural stabilization across both the medial and lateral columns of the elbow joint, eliminating the need for two separate column plates in standard reconstructions.

Crafted from premium medical-grade, highly electropolished Surgical Stainless Steel 316L or Titanium Alloy, this plate features a specialized limited-contact (scalloped understructure) design. The under-profile limits plate-to-bone surface contact, protecting the vital periosteal blood supply beneath the hardware to accelerate biological healing. The straight shaft and branching arms utilize smooth-sloped dynamic compression holes, allowing standard small fragment cortical screws to generate solid horizontal compression across the fracture gap during tightening.
